All property acquisitions across Pyakasa Villa Estate, ACO City of Light, Karsana Grand View, and Maitama Extension are formalized upon execution of an official Contract of Sale and Deed of Assignment. Physical plot allocation and beacon handover occur following confirmation of the agreed initial milestone deposit.
All official, legally binding prices, payment structures, and availability statuses are governed exclusively by the Vegas Homes centralized property database. Promotional listings hosted on third-party real estate directories or expired marketing materials are superseded by the live platform database.
Registered and approved Vegas Homes Freelancers are independent real estate consultants. Commissions (standard 5% or agreed rate) are earned upon successful completion of buyer payments and are disbursed directly into the freelancer's verified bank account upon sale confirmation.
Vegas Homes site inspections are 100% complimentary. Site visits may be conducted with designated Vegas Homes field staff or self-guided by approved freelancers using official GPS coordinate waypoints.
